Today we started discussions with stellenbosch university South Africa on the theme “rethinking furniture in SEN schools “. We had the opportunity to discuss research and collaboration with Prof Louw who expressed her interest to explore opportunities to embark on a collaborative project with her and other stakeholders in Mauritius to support neurodiversity in the classroom through the use of standing desks, other relevant assistive tools and pedagogies as well as training workshops.
