INFORMATION PACK
All children (5-20 years of age) should be registered under the SENA in order to be enrolled in SEN Schools/ Integrated Units
Parents to call reception of SENA on 4603015 to take an appointment for registration and assessment of their ward.
Required age of ward: Minimum 5 years old
The child should be accompanied by at least one parent during their assessment.
Parents should bring original and one (1) copy of documents listed below:
- Medical Certificate of ward
- Proof of Address
- NIC of Parent’s/ Responsible party
- Birth Certificate of ward
- Psychologist/Therapist report (if available)
