Today we are proud to be among the first institution in Mauritius which informally started working on Micro- credentials through the HEC( Micro credentials is now formal with the certificate on inclusive and special education which will start soon with UTM ) we had received COL skills for work programme scholarships in 2023 and our teachers and teacher assistants will now be able to complete the remaining modules at UTM. Today we met with Dr Michaela Martin & Dr Giolla Mairead during the Stakeholder Consultation Workshop on a Micro-Credential Framework for TVET and Higher Education in Mauritius organised by UNESCO IIEP- HEC and MQA.
